A landscape painted by Gabrielle Ricard-Cordingley, daughter of a well-known marine painter George Ricard-Cordingley, born in Lyone.
The daughter dedicated her life and made several writings on the life of her painter father.
The painting of great luminosity, which with a few strokes defines the trunks of old olive trees, has a decorative and joyful effect.
Signed lower left.
On the back there is a sticker with the painter's address in Canet, near Cannes, on the French Riviera, a place of a particular light, which has a tradition of painters of great caliber, painters of immaterial light, among which the figure of Bonnard stands out.
