This painting is reminiscent of the compositions the 17th century Dutch painter, known for his still lifes: Joris van Son (Antwerpern, 1623-1667).
Specifically, we see grapes, oysters and peaches arranged on a table. These objects are typical of Dutch still lifes of the period.
Fruit, oysters, lemon are represented with great realism and attention to detail. Author pays close attention to reflections, surfaces and light.
The tone of the performance has an intimate atmosphere.
