Birmingham, England, enamel snuff box.

Circa 1770.

Enameled copper with paintings in enamel colors.
Of rectangular shape with gilt metal mounts, the lid with galant and a love pair sitting in a garden with roses and a bridge.
Lateral sides painted with the polychrome pastoral scenes and Italianate landscapes with italianate ruins, combined with Rococo-style gilding against a lilac ground. 

Other two faces are painted with flowers in raised gold.

White enamel inside.

The bottom with geometrical rococo ornament in relief.
Condition: some craquelure and minor signs of wear and use.
