Work from central Italy, Tuscany or Emilia.
An altar step, in gilded wood, carved, and extensively worked with a burin.
Spiral and vegetal motifs.
Sides and plan left in raw wood.
From the back you can see some beautiful hand-forged antique nails.
Possible use: to present objects, small - medium size sculptures, or a collection of curiosities.
Object in original condition, with antique gilding, almost intact, with very few shortcomings.
